Payments:

All payments must be made in advance.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
Chargebacks or disputes result in a permanent blacklist.

Refunds & Replacements:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

• The issue is entirely on our side
• The product was not delivered or clearly defective
• The customer has vouched OR left a 5 star review

No vouch or no 5 star means no refund or replacement under any circumstance.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind
• User error
• Account bans, wipes, or restrictions
• Platform enforcement actions

All decisions are final and at our discretion.

Delivery:

Delivery times are not guaranteed unless stated.
Delays caused by third-party platforms are not our responsibility.
Incorrect information provided by the buyer voids any guarantees.

Risks & Responsibility:

You accept all risks related to third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for bans, limitations, or policy changes.
Lifetime access is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Prohibited Actions:

You may not abuse or exploit systems, harass staff, or attempt fraud or chargebacks.
Violations result in termination and permanent blacklist.

Right to Refuse:

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access for TOS violations, and update these terms at any time.
